• Meet & Greet Required: We’ll meet at your home beforehand to ensure comfort for both you and your pup.

• Dog Assessment: We evaluate each dog to match compatible hiking buddies.

• Hike Commitment: Minimum two hikes per week for familiarity and routine.

• Equipment Requirements:

• Slip lead for safety on trails

• Harness for transport (or crate for smaller dogs). We recommend harnesses like EzyDog with back-clip design.

• Food & Allergies: We use high-quality kibble (Acana/Farmina) for bonding treats—please flag any sensitivities.

• Weather Policy:

• Severe weather = hikes canceled; standard drop-in provided

• Extreme heat = shorter outdoor time + extra hydration
